We have openings for the following schools: Washington Elementary Grolee Elementary Grand Prairie Elementary Grand Coteau Elementary Please share this information with anyone in your area that has a 4 year old who meets the date requirement for entry into pre-k. Children must be 4 years old by September 30, 2024 to enter Pre-K. **Applications being accepted at SLP Resource Center**

Gearing up for a successful school year!! During the months of June and July, St. Landry Parish School Board hosted Louisiana Leader & Educator Observation and Evaluation trainings. Educators from school districts across the state engaged in new learning and collaboration to better support instruction and learning.

This week, the Early Childhood department will be offering Onsite Pre-K Registration support. ✅Do you know someone or do you need help with completing an early childhood application? ✅Do you need help to submit the required documentation? ✅Do you have questions about school zones? ✅Do you have questions about Pre-K Eligibility and Enrollment? If you answered yes to one or more questions, meet us at Cankton Elementary School on Thursday, June 13, 2024 from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. All St. Landry Parish School Board Administrative offices and schools will be closed on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, in observance of Juneteenth. We will not have summer school or Camp Accelerate on this day.
