CMS Parents and Guardians: Tomorrow, Friday, November 22, 2024 is " Sweat's Day" for our students. No Hoodies Allowed! We want them to have a relaxed, comfy day with school appropriate sweatpants and tops- jackets or sweatshirts. A jacket may come with a hood, but students will not be allowed to keep the hood on during the day.
Creswell Middle School will close at the end of the day, tomorrow, Friday, November 22, 2024 for the Thanksgiving Holiday, Monday, November 25th - Friday, November 29th. Creswell Middle School Celebrates American Education Week- November 18 -22, 2024
CMS Parents and Guardians: FYI- Creswell Middle School had to be placed on a "soft" lockdown for about an hour this morning. We were notified by OPD to take these precautionary measures, and we followed through with our school protocols. The lockdown was lifted , and all went well. We have since continued to follow our regular school schedule, and all is well with our students, faculty and staff.

The 3 rd Annual Holiday Food Drive by the Creswell Middle School 4-H
Club is happening from: Tuesday, November 12 th through Friday, December 6 th .
Students are asked to bring in non-perishable items to help a family in need within our school community. After making baskets for our families, we will be delivering all other items to the St. Landry- Evangeline United Way food drive at Super 1 Foods in Opelousas. This will be our second year participating in the Annual Food for Families

There will be No 21st Century Learning Afterschool Tutoring Today As Well. Our bus and car line up will start at 12 pm, and students will be dismissed accordingly by administration. We will not allow check outs after 11:30 am. Please make the necessary arrangements for your child/children for this early dismissal day noted on the SLP District Calendar. Thank You. đ

If you want them to stay for tutoring, someone will need to pick them up at 5pm. If you do not want them to stay, please call us @ 337-942-4892. The tutoring bus will not run.
