Creswell Middle School Flu Clinic To: All Creswell Middle School Parents and Guardians Re: Flu Vaccines on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 We will have a flu vaccination clinic at Creswell Middle School on Wednesday, September 29th starting around 1:30 p.m. (mid afternoon). Due to COVID-19, the flu vaccinations will only be offered to students and faculty & staff of Creswell Middle School. Forms were sent home with students last week. If you would like your child to receive the flu vaccine during this clinic, please complete the consent form and return it back to school NO LATER THAN Wednesday, September 22nd. The school is required to submit a final count on Wednesday, September 22nd by 3:00 p.m. A separate form must be completed and returned for each individual child (siblings cannot be put on the same form). If you have any questions, please call the school at 337-942-4892. Thank you!

Homeroom Teachers: Please make sure that you are up to date with inputting your grades in JCampus. I am aware several students have been out quarantined, and they need to make up assignments, but you should have something posted. Progress Reports will be printed for you on Monday, September 20th. You should have a minimum of no less than three grades. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me.

Good Afternoon CMS Faculty and Staff: By now you are all aware that we will not have school tomorrow, Tuesday, September 14th. Please make sure you try your best this evening to have assignments posted in your Google Classroom. It was stated that students will have remote learning tomorrow while we are all home. If weather permits (electricity, WiFi, etc.), please try your best to be accessible to your students remotely via your Google Classroom. If you can’t do so due to weather, I understand. CMS Faculty & Staff: We are informing you that there has been a positive case of COVID19 at our school. Contact tracing was conducted and close contacts at school have been identified and their parents have been notified. Please know that we are following the recommended health guidelines and procedures to keep all students, faculty and staff as safe as possible. We are wearing masks, social distancing, sanitizing, cleaning, and encouraging all students and adults to practice daily hand washing. CMS will remain open at this time. Please encourage your child/children to inform you of any signs or symptoms of illness.
