Culinary
Culinary Occupations offers an in-depth program in skills necessary to become employed in the food service industry. It is one of the most popular programs offered to vocational students because they recognize it as a program that leads to jobs.
Certifications for successfully completing the program include a technical skills certificate and a food safety certificate. Students may also earn 2 Carnegie Units per course.
