
Today Glendale students celebrated the "100th Day of School." Everyone was allowed to dress with their creations for the day.



Acadiana Center for the Arts treated Glendale to a LA Creole/Zydeco performance from musicians RJ Jackson & Neal Williams. The students enjoyed clapping & dancing to the Zydeco music. Thank you to Acadiana Center for the Arts & Erin Gray!!

Due to possible unsafe weather conditions from the forecasted arctic blast, all St. Landry Parish School District schools and offices will be closed on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, and Wednesday, January 17, 2024.
With icy roads and freezing temperatures expected throughout the days ahead, we have made the decision to cancel classes, sporting activities, and practices to ensure the safety of our students, families, and staff.

Today was PJ day!


Thanks to 22 generous donors, Santa Claus passed and brought a gift to each student in Mrs. Arysâs Kindergarten class! Each of these boys and girls will be going home with a book to read and a board game to play with their family over the holidays. Itâs safe to say theyâre having a Merry Christmas!đđ â€ïž






Glendale students who reached their A.R. goal for this nine weeks were treated to a hot cocoa party! Congratulations to all that made their goal!! We would like to give a great big "Thank You" to Mrs. Shara Hooter and Miss Sydney Francois for serving the kids their delicious treat!
