On Friday, September 27, Glendale will be having a PBIS fundraiser and fun day! We will be selling nachos and a bottle of water for $6.00. Students will participate in an hour long outside recess. Money may be turned into your child's teacher at any time until Wednesday, September 25. This is the last day to purchase nachos.
All monies raised from the PBIS fundraiser s are used to purchase incentives or rewards for positive behavior and classroom materials/incentives.

After consulting with the Office of Emergency Preparedness, all schools and administrative offices will be open tomorrow, Thursday, September 12, 2024. However, please be aware that there may be transportation delays due to the aftermath of Hurricane Francine. Introducing Mrs. Kelsey Faul, our new 2nd grade teacher!
I am Kelsey Faul, a native of Eunice and a 2006 graduate of Eunice High School. I began my career as an educator for the St. Landry Parish School Board in 2014. During those 10 years, I have worked in several areas developing my teaching skills, including assistant teaching in Pre-K for 3 years, 3rd and 4th Grade Social Studies, as well as providing intervention to students in Math and Reading in the Learning Center. I am excited and eager to begin a new school year teaching 2nd Grade Math at Glendale Elementary School, and I look forward to meeting and building relationships with the students and families of Glendale!

Glendale Elementary, where I previously taught Kindergarten, 2nd, and 3rd Grades.
For those of you who do not know me, I am Shelly Guillory, a native of Eunice and a
1996 Graduate of Eunice High School. I am a proud 2001 graduate of McNeese State
University where I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I am
certified to teach PreK through 8th grade. I am entering my 24th year teaching and I
am thrilled to be back in Kindergarten where all the exciting things happen. I have
been married to Johnny for 24 years and we have 3 beautiful children. I am looking
forward to a successful school year getting to work alongside old friends as well as
new.

Hello my name is Chastity Mire. This is currently my 1st year with Glendale Elementary. I am married to my best friend for 24 years, we have 9 children & 5 littles. I look forward to working with all of your littles as well & I am excited to see what the 24-25 school year will bring.

Introducing Mrs.Lynn Burlson
I received my degree in interdisciplinary studies for Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. I have been a teacher for 18 years, most of that in Texas and then in Lawtell. Kindergarten is my absolute favorite. I love the look on a student's face when something clicks.
I have been married to my awesome husband for 2 years. Between the 2 of us we have 5 kiddos and 3 grandchildren with one on the way. We also have one very spoiled dachshund.
I am huge LSU fan and love celebrating Mardi Gras!
I am excited to be a part of Glendale!
