MACA IS ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR - Magnet Academy for Cultural Arts is accepting applications for the 2022-2023 school year in the art areas of creative writing, dance, instrumental music, theatre, visual arts, and vocal music. First grade students in Ms. Manuelâs class did a project on groundhogs. They each constructed groundhog burrow, which they decorated to match the environment. They also attached a groundhog puppet to pop in and out of the burrow. They completed a groundhog booklet with information on groundhogs.

If you suspect your child of having Talented characteristics in MUSIC, THEATRE AND/OR VISUAL ART contact your childâs school for a referral to the School Building Level Committee. Talented referrals and evaluations are only conducted once a year in the Spring.
