New Student Registration (Pre-K)
To register a student for Pre-K, please call the office at 337-942-3130.
New Student Registration (Grades Kindergarten-4th)
Registration is required for new students. Returning students do not need to complete a registration packet. Registration packets are available here or in the office at the school.
The following documents are required:
a) Birth Certificate
b) Social Security Card
c) Current Immunization Record
d) Parent Identification
e) Proof of residence: Utility bill (electric, water, or gas) dated in the current month.
f) Student’s Last report card or withdrawal packet from the previous school.

Registration Fees - $25.00 per student
$20.00 of this fee goes to defray the cost of books, workbooks (not covered by state allocated funds), copy supplies, lease and contracts on copy machines, and other educational items that directly affect students learning. $5.00 of this fee will be used to purchase supplies, materials, and incentives for the implementation of the Leader In Me Program.
