CMS Parents and Guardians: At Creswell Middle School, We Love to Celebrate🎉 and We Love Supporting Our O-Zone Schools!! 🐅 Tomorrow, Friday, May 3, 2024, the Creswell Middle School Faculty, Staff and Students will celebrate the OHS Mighty Tiger Football Team with a “Championship Day” celebration, because “We Never Stop Believing in the Tigers!” Our students are allowed to wear an OHS Spirit Shirt or a “school appropriate shirt” in Orange or Black for $1.00 with uniform bottoms or with solid blue jeans (No Holes, Rips or Tears/ No Jean Capris or Shorts) for $2.00. 🧡🖤🐅

April 22-26, 2024 is Afterschool Professionals Appreciation Week (APAW), a dedicated week to recognize, appreciate and advocate for those who work with young people during out-of-school hours. Research shows that skilled and knowledgeable program staff are the backbone of program quality and are key to desired positive youth outcomes. Why is it important to recognize Afterschool Professionals? An estimated 7.8 million children participate in afterschool programs each year; for every child in an afterschool program, two more are waiting to get in. Every young person deserves quality afterschool experiences that positively impact their development. It takes skilled professionals to create these experiences. Because of the important role afterschool professionals play in kids’ lives, they deserve recognition and support!

6th Grade Extra Support Math Tutoring at Creswell Middle School will be held tomorrow, Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 9 am to 11am. Students do not have to be in uniform and they can bring a snack. This SATURDAY will be the last day for 6th grade Math tutoring. (Since we missed Wednesday, April 10th due to the bad weather, our tutors wanted to give our students one last day to sharpen their math skills.) Your children have been doing a great job, and we appreciate you for sending them to get the extra help. Please make sure that you arrive by 11am to pick them up. Thank you for making the difference, and encouraging them to participate in the free tutoring.
