Creswell Middle School Parents and Guardians: Bus 529-Mr. Charles Frazier will not run his route tomorrow, Friday, April 12, 2024. There is No Sub Driver for his bus route. Please make arrangements to get your child/children to and from school on tomorrow.
St. Landry Parish Public Schools will be closed on Thursday, April 11, 2024, due to the extensive damage caused by the recent storms, impacting many of our families.
All 12-month employees are asked to report to their respective school/site when they are able to do so safely. We understand this is a difficult time for our community, and we appreciate your patience and flexibility. The closure will allow time for families to address any storm impacts while allowing employees to ensure schools are prepared to reopen once conditions improve. Additional updates will be provided through our normal communication channels as more information becomes available. This closure includes all after-school activities and sports practices. We anticipate resuming regular school hours on Thursday, April 11th. This decision was made after close consultation with the National Weather Service and the Office of Emergency Preparedness to ensure the safety of our students and staff, which remains our top priority. 6th Grade Extra Support Math Tutoring at Creswell Middle School will be held today, Monday, April 8th through Wednesday, April 10th. This Wednesday will be the last day for 6th grade Math tutoring. CMS Band Art Expo Parents: Band students performing tomorrow, Saturday, March 23, 2024 are to meet up at 11:30am at Creswell Middle School tomorrow morning wearing their CMS Band Shirt or a CMS Maroon shirt with khaki bottoms . Band students will take a bus to the Courthouse Square together, and perform at 1:45pm, and return back to Creswell Middle at 2:30pm for pick up. Thank you for your support! They will be amazing!
6th Grade Extra Support Math Tutoring at Creswell Middle School will be held on tomorrow, Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 9am to 12noon. Students do not have to be in uniform and they can bring a snack. We had two successful days and the students are learning. We look forward to seeing them tomorrow!
