Mrs. Krystal and Ms. Gabby's first grade class is learning about animals using camouflage as a defense. Students each colored a butterfly to make it blend in with the classroom environment of their choosing. They loved this activity and did an amazing job camouflaging their butterflies!

Attention parents of students who ride bus L206-Kim Ortego. The bus is running this afternoon, but the children will get home about 15 - 20 minutes later than usual.

PE will pop popcorn on Friday $1 a bag to help in purchasing needed PE equipment. Thanks for supporting our PE department.

Mrs. Krystal and Ms. Gabby's first graders worked together as a team to build structures for their animal to defend itself from an attack. Teachers then attacked each team's animal to test its defenses.

FRI-YAY FUN with Kindergarten

Pre-k had visitors this week from our principal, Mrs. Perry, and cafeteria manager, Mr. Hilton. They learned about making magical choices and all the work that goes into preparing meals for students. Stay tuned for other possible visitors we may "run" into this week!
