Post a family schedule of routine tasks
Are you tired of reminding your child when to do what? Post a schedule the whole family can live by. List mealtimes, snack times, reading time, chore times and bedtimes. Use a different color of ink for each family member. Before doing something that's not part of the routine, your child should check the schedule to make sure that required tasks for that time are finished.
