Students in Mrs. Hebert’s Child Development class are “raising” their online “Virtual Child” from birth to the age of 18. There are lots of positive parenting decisions to make during this online program. The students were able to make their avatar so their online virtual child grows to look and somewhat “act” just like them. Students also enjoyed a gender reveal cupcake snack when we started the project. The students are graded on various questions they are answering throughout the month long project.
